Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Timeframe:
You may request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Items that are damaged, show signs of wear, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Downloadable software products
Items on sale (if applicable)
Return Process

Shipping Your Return:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Approval:
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Processing Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@allslowly.com with proof of the defect or damage.
Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they begin processing in our shipping department. Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued promptly.
Damaged or Defective Item:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@allslowly.com with photos and details of the issue. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
International Orders:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for items delayed or held by customs.
